Job summary

Perceptive Controls, Inc. seeks an experienced PLC/SCADA Programmer to design, program and commission automation systems across diverse industries. You will read P&ID diagrams, simulate and test programs, and support startup activities.

Candidates should have 5+ years in PLC and SCADA, with proficiency in RS Logix, FactoryTalk, Wonderware, Siemens S5-S7, GE iFix and Opto 22. Strong communication is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in control systems PLC/SCADA and startup/debug.
• Experience with RS Logix, FactoryTalk, Wonderware, Siemens S5-S7, GE iFix, and Opto 22.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and create a detailed work plan.
• Design, program and install the controls and automation system.
• Collaborate with engineers to execute the project plan.
• Manage project budget and procure hardware/software.
• Maintain good customer relations and provide support.
• Produce status reports and communicate milestones.
