Job summary

Accor's Plaza Bar in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a dedicated Food & Beverage server to deliver consistent, professional service under the Plaza Bar Manager. You will assist servers, share knowledge of menu items and promotions, ensure proper setup of side stations, and uphold safety and sanitation policies while maintaining guest focus.

This role is part of a Heartists team, emphasizing teamwork and guest experience.

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
• Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned
