NEW HORIZON KIDS QUEST III INC seeks an Assistant Center Director to support the Center Director in running a high-traffic kids facility at Sunset Station Casino in Henderson, NV. You will help lead operations, motivate staff, and ensure a fun, safe, and memorable guest experience for all children and families.

You will assist with hiring, training, and scheduling, manage activity plans, and help drive marketing initiatives and business growth while maintaining excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading employees and planning activities.
• Experience managing inventory and cash handling preferred.
• Background screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and assist Center Director.
• Lead and train a team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Support marketing efforts to drive repeat business.
