Kids Quest, Inc. at Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch, MN is seeking an Assistant Center Director to partner with the Center Director to oversee operations, staffing, and guest experiences. You will thrive in a high-traffic, fast-paced setting and help drive engagement, events, and quality guest service.

You will lead recruitment, training, and supervision of staff, support marketing efforts, and design activity plans to promote fun and family play while growing the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in managerial/leadership roles.
• Associate degree or ECU credits/certificate preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a background check (may include drug test).
• Experience with activity planning and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight of the center and report to the Center Director.
• Lead and support business operations in a high-traffic, fast-paced environment.
• Support hiring, training, and leading a team.
• Promote a team-based environment and guest satisfaction.
• Address staff and guest concerns and resolve issues.
• Support marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience and repeat business.
• Create activity plans and entertainment experiences promoting fun and play.
• Evaluate results, set goals, and seek growth for the business.
