Job summary

Kids Quest, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Center Director at Sunset Station Casino Hotel in Henderson, NV. You will work closely with the Center Director to oversee daily operations and guest experiences in a high-traffic, family-friendly setting.

You will lead, hire, train, and motivate teams, promoting growth and skill development while delivering memorable play experiences. This role reports to the Center Director and shapes strategies to increase guest satisfaction and drive business results.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about creating fun, making memories, and enhancing the guest experiences.
• Have experience leading employees, activity planning and creation, managing inventory.
• Microsoft Office program experience, operating a POS system, and cashiering (preferred).
