Job summary

NEW HORIZON KIDS QUEST III INC at Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch, MN is seeking a Kids Quest Assistant Center Director. You will work closely with the Center Director to oversee daily operations, in a high-traffic, fast-paced environment, and lead a team to deliver a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include assisting hiring and training, creating activity plans, promoting teamwork, supporting marketing efforts, and resolving staff and guest concerns.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about creating fun, making memories, and enhancing the guest experiences!
• Have experience leading employees, activity planning and creation, managing inventory.
• Microsoft Office program experience, operating a POS system, and cashiering (preferred).
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to complete and pass a required background screening (which may include a drug test).
• 1 Year + experience in managerial/ leadership positions.
• An associate’s degree or ECU Credits/Certificate (preferred).
• Must be 18 years of age or older with an ability to work in a casino/gaming environment.

Responsibilities

• You are comfortable and excited about working in a high-traffic, fast-paced environment
• Support hiring, training, and leading a team always promoting growth and skill building.
• Promote a team-based environment and inspire team members to have fun while delivering a great guest experience.
• Listen to all staff and guest concerns and support positive resolutions.
• Support marketing initiatives designed to enhance guest experience and build repeat business.
• Create activity plans and entertainment experiences promoting fun and play for visiting guests
• Evaluate results, set goals, and actively seek ways to grow the busines
