Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, sincere welcome and respond to betting requests.
• Input betting information accurately into the computer and verify tickets.
• Maintain a cash bank and handle money and tickets in a secure manner.
• Promote promotions and events; explain offerings to guests as needed.
• Create and update guest member profiles in the Player’s Club system.
