Job summary

The Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a friendly and customer-focused guest services host for our Albuquerque location. The role promotes the Peak Rewards loyalty program, assists guests with membership, and explains the associated benefits and perks.

You will help with sign-ups, card printing, and logging member activity in accounts. Responsibilities include guiding guests through promotions, handling disclosures per policy, and providing information about casino events and promotions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of customer service experience is required.
• Six months of money handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Peak Rewards loyalty program and explains membership perks.
• Assists guests with Peak Rewards applications and processes.
• Prints Peak Rewards cards and logs member activity in accounts.
• Explains use of Player’s Club card at slots and table games.
• Announces promotions and assists with promotional drawings and events.
• Resolves guest inquiries and maintains a high level of guest satisfaction.
