Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Escort guests to tables and assist with seating and menus.
• Answer reservation inquiries professionally.
• Record reservation details and special requests accurately.
• Communicate special requests or VIP guests to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas.
• Relate important information to guests such as wait times.
• Take take-out orders and assist with room service coordination.
• Assist servers with drinks and running food.
• Create daily floor plans for server rotations.
