Job summary

The Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our guest-focused team in Albuquerque. You will greet guests, promote inventory, process transactions, and provide product information with integrity and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of retail experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle money and balance a cash drawer.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within one minute and promote sales of inventory.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems; verify IC/credit and handle cash as required.
• Direct patrons to appropriate offices for issues beyond the associate scope.
• Answer phones, take messages, and relay to the correct person.
• Restock merchandise and maintain clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Maintain pricing labels and promotional materials as directed.
• Attend to attendance and perform additional duties as requested.
