Job summary

Chin’an Gaming Hall is seeking a Surveillance Observer to monitor the casino floor, cage, drop/count processes, and exterior/back-of-house cameras. You will provide daily written activity reports to the manager and help ensure compliance with rules and procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and basic IT/computer skills. Licensing with Eklutna Tribal Gaming Commission is required; expect varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED required.
• Previous experience with digital surveillance equipment is preferred.
• Experience with IT systems, hardware including switches, wiring and desktop PCs and software including server infrastructure and active directory preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide daily written activity reports to the manager.
• Protect the company’s best interest.
• Monitor the casino floor, cage, drop/count processes, and all cameras.
• Review video to research matters at hand.
• Use discretion with sensitive and confidential issues.
• Work independently without supervision and pay attention to details.
• Accurately log reports for the department manager.
• Relay performance, complaints, or violations to the Manager.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of company and departmental policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Is responsible for monitoring the casino floor, cage, all drop/count process as well as all the cameras located outside and the back of the house.
