Job summary

Nelson Exteriors Inc in Atlanta is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to guide homeowners through major exterior remodel decisions. You will work with pre-qualified leads provided by our call center, focusing on closing outcomes in a consultative, in-home setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience required.
• In-home, commissioned or home improvement sales is preferred.
• Must follow a proven playbook and be able to close in-home presentations.
• Excellent communication and active listening with ability to ask for the sale.

Responsibilities

• Run company-provided, pre-set in-home sales appointments across Metro Atlanta, typically 10–12 qualified meetings per week.
• Present clear proposals with scope, pricing, and financing options for on-the-spot decisions.
• Follow a structured step-selling process and manage your pipeline from first meeting to signed agreement.
• Coordinate with production team and update CRM with activities and outcomes.
