Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience leading a developer team.
• Strong Salesforce & NetSuite development background.
• Experience with MuleSoft integration and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Contribute code in Salesforce and MuleSoft while guiding the team.
• Set technical direction and best practices for Salesforce, MuleSoft, and data platforms.
• Own the team roadmap including training, hiring, and process development.
• Lead a distributed team across the U.S., Canada, and Asia with workload prioritization.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, and data platform.
• Provide database administration oversight, including performance tuning, security, backup/recovery, and data governance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements across business systems.
