Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Manager to lead a small team of Enterprise Technical Leads while owning a subset of complex enterprise engagements in Denver, CO. This player-coach role combines people leadership with hands-on technical ownership.

You will mentor and grow talent, guide delivery across multiple systems, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Privacy to ensure exceptional outcomes for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise implementations or integrations.
• Ability to operate at both team leadership and hands-on technical contributor levels.
• 1-3+ years of experience managing or mentoring technical, customer-facing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing individuals and raise team performance.
• Strong judgment to balance coaching, accountability, and support across experience levels.
• Experience driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Strategic Engagement, and GTM teams.
• Excellent communication to translate technical complexity into clear decisions.
