360 Behavioral Health in Oxnard, CA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work 1-on-1 with children diagnosed with autism, helping them build communication, play, and decision-making skills.

No experience is required, just a big heart, patience, and love for kids. You’ll be guided to become an RBT and can earn a pay raise as you grow with the program, with mileage reimbursement for travel.

What you’ll do

• Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum

• Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm - 8:00pm (15-20/week)

Hiring Bonus

• $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

• +$2/hour for weekend shifts
• +$5/hour for company-observed holidays
