360 Behavioral Health in Lake Elsinore, CA is hiring a Behavior Technician to work 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum. No experience is required; bring a big heart, patience, and a passion for helping children grow.

You’ll use play and ABA strategies to teach real-life skills and celebrate every small breakthrough. This role offers Pay: $20-$23 per hour, Monday-Friday, 2:00pm–8:00pm (15-20 hours/week), plus signing bonuses and mileage reimbursement.

Play with Kids! Behavior Technician

Help autistic children find their voice. And discover your calling. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices.

Pay & Benefits

• $20 - $23 / hour based on experience and education
• Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 8:00pm (15-20/week)

Hiring Bonus

• $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

• +$2/hour for weekend shifts
• +$5/hour for company-observed holidays
