Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1-on-1 with children on the autism spectrum, helping them build life skills through play and ABA-based activities.

You’ll support learning in talking, playing, and making choices, with a focus on empathy, patience, and a caring approach. The role runs Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–7:30pm, 15–20 hours per week, with incentives and recognition for growth.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices.

No experience required! Just a big heart, patience, and love for kids.

• $21 - $25 / hour based on experience and education
• Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm - 7:30pm (15-20/week)

Hiring Bonus

• $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

• +$2/hour for weekend shifts
• +$5/hour for company-observed holidays

• Cities Targeting- North County Atascadero, Templeton, Paso Robles. South County San Luis Obispo, 5 Cities & Nipomo must being willing to travel within 20 miles.
• We aim to match you with clients near your home, and we offer mileage reimbursement if your first client is over 20 miles away.
