Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Technician to work 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum in Sacramento/Elk Grove. You will use play, patience, and ABA techniques to build real-life skills, from talking to making choices, in a supportive setting.

No experience is required; a big heart, patience, and love for kids are essential. You'll be trained and mentored as you grow in this meaningful role.

• Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm - 8:00pm (15-20/week)

Hiring Bonus

• $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

• +$2/hour for weekend shifts
• +$5/hour for company-observed holidays
