Job summary

360-Behavioral-Health is hiring a Behavior Technician in Sacramento to work 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum, using play and ABA therapy to build real-life skills. No experience required—bring a heart for kids, patience, and energy to learn.

You’ll support daily progress, celebrate small wins, and help families in a meaningful role within behavioral healthcare. This part-time role runs Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with mileage reimbursement and opportunities for an RBT

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices.

No experience required! Just a big heart, patience, and love for kids.

• Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm - 8:00pm (15-20/week)

Hiring Bonus

• $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

• +$2/hour for weekend shifts
• +$5/hour for company-observed holidays
