Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings in Kansas. Roles are part-time with great flexibility, offering paid training and no prior experience required, making it ideal for students or entrants into the field of ABA and psychology.

Responsibilities include direct ABA service delivery, data recording, family collaboration, and adherence to care plans, with training provided to ensure competency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
