Ellie Mental Health's Tulsa clinic is hiring an Outpatient Therapist to improve access to quality mental health care in a locally owned, clinician-led environment. You will diagnose, treat, and document care, with a focus on flexible scheduling (FT/PT) and a supportive team.

We offer a competitive compensation range of $74,000–$86,400 per year plus benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates should ideally have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Fully licensed clinicians may be credentialed with insurance panels.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and document ongoing progress.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to expand access to care.
• Apply creative interventions to help clients reach and exceed goals.
