Job summary

Ellie Mental Health's new Tulsa clinic is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to help expand access to quality mental health care.

You'll evaluate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, document progress, and work with a collaborative team in a flexible FT/PT schedule with ~30 hours per week. We offer strong compensation and comprehensive benefits to support your passion for helping diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates should ideally have clinical licensure (LMFT).
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Passion for EMDR, DBT, CBT and related therapies.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable boundaries with clients.
• Proficient in Office 365 and Valant EHR systems.
• Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
