Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Tulsa is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our new locally owned clinic. You will help improve access to quality mental health care, guided by our values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

We offer a flexible schedule with FT/PT options, a supportive environment, CEU opportunities, and centralized administrative support to focus on delivering client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Clinical licensure (LMFT) preferred.
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Interest in EMDR, DBT, CBT, and related therapies with diverse populations.
• Ability to demonstrate stable, professional boundaries with clients.
• Proficient in Office 365 and Valant EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to expand access in the community.
• Use creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
