Job summary

Ellie Mental Health’s Tulsa clinic is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to evaluate mental health diagnoses, develop and maintain treatment plans, and provide collaborative, high-quality care. You’ll join a dynamic team focused on expanding access to compassionate mental health services.

The role offers flexible scheduling (FT/PT) with a clinic-based setting, strong compensation, and benefits supportive of clinicians. Master’s degree and licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates ideally licensed as LPC.
• Experience with documenting treatment plans and clinical notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop/maintain treatment plans and documentation.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to close care gaps.
• Apply creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
