Ellie Mental Health in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join a locally owned clinic. You’ll help improve access to quality mental health care in an environment shaped by authenticity, humor, compassion, and creativity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences from an accredited college.
• Pre-licensure (LPC-C, LMSW) preferred.
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical notes.
• Interest in EMDR, DBT, CBT and related modalities.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients.
• Fully licensed clinicians preferred for insurance panels.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, develop and update treatment plans, and maintain documentation.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a team to expand access to care.
• Apply creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
