Job summary

Responsibilities include evaluating diagnoses, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapies such as EMDR, CBT, and DBT. We offer flexible scheduling, a shorter work week, and comprehensive benefits in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates should ideally have approved pre-licensure (LPC-C, LMSW, etc).
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Ability to discuss topics such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, and diverse populations with sensitivity.
• Proficient in using Office 365 and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create, implement, and maintain treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill the mission.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
