Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy provides compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis services for children aged 2-16 in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. You will deliver one-on-one sessions, tailor activities to each client, and collect data to monitor progress.

As an RBT, you’ll work 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Tue/Wed at daycare in McDonough, GA and 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm Tue-Fri in-home Griffin, GA, with no weekend work.

Qualifications

• 40 hour RBT training and ability to discuss ABA content.
• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
• Proficiency in data collection and writing notes.
• Comfort working in various settings; in-home experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Collect data during sessions and write detailed session notes.
• Attend to clients’ individual needs and preferences.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
