BeeKind ABA Therapy in McDonough, GA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Sessions are data-driven, with notes documenting progress and tailored plans for each client’s needs.

The role involves mornings and afternoons, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm & 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, in-home, with no weekend work. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered, with opportunities for both part-time and

Qualifications

• 40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills
• Valid RBT certification
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients + previous in-home experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will spend your days providing one-on-one ABA services to our clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• You will collect data during each session to track progress and write detailed session notes to document development.
