Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy delivers compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis to children aged 2–16 in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. As an RBT, you will conduct one-on-one sessions, collect data, and record progress with tailored activities for each client.

Qualifications

• 40-hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills
• Valid RBT certification
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, daycares, and community settings
• Collect data during sessions and write detailed progress notes
• Tailor sessions to each client's needs and preferences
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support goals
