Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy in McDonough, GA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings. You will collect data, track progress, and write session notes after each visit.

The schedule is 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a part-time opportunity and competitive pay ($20–$25 per hour) plus a $2 shift differential per hour after 5 pm. Benefits are available for both part-time and full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills.
• Valid RBT certification
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients + previous in-home experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Collect data during sessions and write detailed session notes documenting progress.
