Thrive Golden, a play-based learning preschool in Golden, Colorado, seeks a Full-time Preschool Assistant Teacher. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day, with an hourly wage of $20.86–$23.36 plus benefits. The team emphasizes play, discovery, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Meets or exceeds minimum qualifications for employment as an Early Childhood Lead Teacher in CO.
• Experience as a teacher at a large childcare center in Colorado.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in development and implementation of inquiry-based curriculum.
• Partner in learning with children as a collaborator and co-creator.
• Support a safe, nurturing classroom environment and establish rules for safety.
• Conduct ongoing observation, assessment, and developmental screenings.
• Communicate with families and support family involvement.
