Job summary

Cortica is hiring dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with neurodevelopmental differences in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. You will deliver 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services, implement strategies with BCBA guidance, and document progress to help families move toward meaningful outcomes.

We offer paid training, a transparent pay scale, and opportunities to advance to BCBA roles, while working with a multidisciplinary team across therapy domains.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (autism is a plus).
• High School or equivalent, Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (30-40-min drive radius).
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate closely with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
