Cortica in Massachusetts is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and deliver life-changing, play-based ABA services to children with neurodevelopmental differences. Provide 1:1 and group behavioral services, following BCBA-developed plans, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with children, including autism is a plus.
• Education requirements vary; HS or higher; degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Document session data to support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols, de-escalation, and mandated reporting.
