Cortica is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with neurodevelopmental differences through 1:1 and group ABA services. You will implement BCBA-approved strategies, document progress, and collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.

Formación

• Experience working with children is required or preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with a BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
