Job summary

Cortica is hiring a Behavior Technician to join our team and deliver life-changing ABA therapy to children with neurodevelopmental differences. This 1:1 and small-group role focuses on naturalistic, play-based strategies designed with our BCBA supervision.

We offer a pay range of $20.87 to $28.00 per hour, predictable schedules, fully paid training, and pathways to BCBA advancement, plus benefits like mileage reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Education: High School or equivalent andBachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Willingness to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate closely with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
