Job summary

Cortica - Neurodevelopmental seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 and group ABA services for children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will implement individualized behavior plans with BCBA collaboration and document progress to support families.

The role offers varied schedules, including full-time or part-time options, with paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (autism a plus).
• Masters, bachelor’s, or high school diploma/equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (we’ll help).
• Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation within a 30–40 minute radius.
• Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete Cortica’s orientation and BCAT training.
• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica’s crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
