Job summary

Cortica is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver play-based ABA for children with neurodevelopmental differences in a supportive, growth-oriented team environment. The role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA roles while working closely with BCBAs and other therapists.

Responsibilities include implementing evidence-based ABA strategies, documenting progress, and collaborating with families to create empowering home and school environments.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start.
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
