Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Server in Stillwater, MN to deliver Platinum Service® and ensure residents and guests have an exceptional dining experience. The role requires friendly, attentive service during 6:30am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm shifts and a competitive hourly wage based on experience.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals, maintaining sanitary standards, and supporting dining room operations during events. Prior food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Food service and/or hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Take meal orders, serve food and beverages, and answer questions regarding the menu.
• Follow sanitary regulations at all times.
• Provide Platinum Service with each dining experience.
• Bus tables during and after the meals.
• Clean dining room area according to the cleaning schedules and assignments.
