Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Server to play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests. You will provide Platinum Service with every interaction, ensuring timely and attentive service in a community setting.

Primary responsibilities include serving meals, maintaining sanitary standards, and assisting with dining room setup and special events as needed.

Qualifications

• Be able to make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Deal tactfully with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members and residents.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
• Distribute and collect menus as necessary.
• Take meal orders, serve food and beverages, and answer questions regarding the menu.
• Follow sanitary regulations at all times.
• Provide Platinum Service with each dining experience.
• Set up meal trays, food carts and dining room with utensils, napkins, and clean areas.
