Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Server to provide residents and guests with exceptional dining experiences while delivering Platinum Service®. This role focuses on food presentation, portion control, and maintaining a clean, inviting dining environment.

You will take orders, answer questions, and assist with events to ensure residents enjoy high-quality meals and attentive service in a caring community setting.

Qualifications

• Be able to make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Deal tactfully with residents, families, and staff.
• Care for ill, disabled or elderly residents with professionalism.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members and residents.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are appetizing and visually appealing.
• Serve food with proper portion control.
• Distribute and collect menus as needed.
• Take meal orders and answer menu questions.
• Follow sanitary regulations at all times.
• Provide Platinum Service with every dining experience.
• Set up dining areas, utensils, napkins, and condiments.
• Assist in checking resident trays before distribution.
• Pour beverages and help residents with containers.
• Prepare and deliver snacks for events.
• Bus tables during and after meals.
• Support other dining rooms during events.
• Clean dining areas per schedules and instructions.
