Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Server to provide residents and guests with an outstanding dining experience at our community in Billings, MT. The position emphasizes Platinum Service® with every interaction and a focus on delivering high-quality meals and attentive service.

Responsibilities include serving meals, handling orders, maintaining sanitary standards, and supporting dining room operations during events.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Food service and/or hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
• Distribute and collect menus as necessary.
• Take meal orders, serve food and beverages, and answer questions regarding the menu.
• Follow sanitary regulations at all times.
• Provide Platinum Service with each dining experience.
• Set up meal trays, food carts and set up the dining room with utensils, salt and pepper, napkins, and clean common areas prior and after meals are served.
• Assist in checking resident trays before distribution.
• Pour hot and cold beverages for residents. Assist residents with opening their containers and condiments as needed.
• Prepare and deliver snacks to special events and parties hosted at the community.
• Bus tables during and after the meals.
• Provide support services to other dining rooms, during events and activities as needed.
• Clean dining room area according to the cleaning schedules and assignments.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
