Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC in Stillwater, MN is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to ensure a quality dining experience for residents and guests. You will greet and seat guests, oversee dining room staff, and maintain a clean, professional environment.

Shifts are days and evenings (11:00am-7:30pm). This role requires coordinating staff schedules, supervising service, and upholding Platinum Service standards with a focus on safety and resident care.

Qualifications

• Be able to make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
• Capable of working with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset people within the facility.
• Communicate in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with supervisors, team members, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dining room.
• Ensure smooth opening and pre-meal meeting facilitation.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to meet daily requirements.
• Assign staff to sections and side work.
• Inspect cleaning and closing of the dining room.
• Provide supervision for special functions.
• Greet and seat residents and guests.
• Maintain high-quality customer service in the dining room.
• Ensure appropriate check control and resident charging procedures.
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment.
