Qualifications

• Be able to make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Deal tactfully with residents, family members, and staff.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members and residents.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are appetizing and visually appealing.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and answer menu questions.
• Follow sanitary regulations at all times and provide Platinum Service.
• Set up dining room, trays, utensils, and assist with events and activities.
• Assist residents with opening containers and attending to their dining needs.
• Bus tables during and after meals and support other dining rooms as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness according to schedules and assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
