Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management or customer success.
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and client-relations skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary liaison for a portfolio of 50–75 dental offices.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Proactively address client needs and resolve issues from submission to completion.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Production, Design, and Quality to ensure service.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships through strategic account development.
• Provide a Platinum Experience with personalized, reliable support.
• Monitor key metrics like case volume and satisfaction.
• Contribute to quarterly business reviews and strategic planning.
