You will manage scheduling, oversee performance metrics, assist with recruiting and training, and ensure compliance with policies and standards while maintaining an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience managing or leading a dental office.
• Experience leading, coaching or developing a team.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and office operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-first mindset and commitment to exceptional service.
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Partner with the dentist and clinical team to support goals, patient care and growth.
• Lead, coach and develop the office team to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee patient scheduling and ensure the practice operates at its full potential.
• Monitor performance metrics, including production, collections and AR, and identify improvements.
• Manage office expenses, supplies and resources.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and retention of team members.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and address patient concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and dental regulatory standards.
• Coordinate maintenance for equipment and facilities as needed.
