Qualifications

• 3+ years of related customer account support experience.
• Experience supporting internal and external customers such as sales or customer service.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, or water/wastewater industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate quote & order creation and order entry using manufacturing configurator systems.
• Provide real-time pricing and product information via phone and email.
• Confirm technical specifications, configurations, and order details with customers prior to release.
