Job summary

Hohman Plating, LLC, a division of Novaria Group, is seeking team members for plating operations in Dayton, OH. Training on the first shift for about 60 days runs 7:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. After training, there is a third shift from 11:00 pm–7:30 am, Sunday through Friday morning.

The role requires following part plans, inspecting parts, and complying with customer specifications. Candidates should be reliable, have basic math/reading skills, and be willing to learn in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Read and follow part plans for plating processing.
• Count and inspect parts before and after plating.
• Monitor plating baths and record data.
• Operate computer to view orders and start/complete work orders.
• Perform pre- and post-bake steps as required.
• Ensure conformance to customer specifications.
