Job summary

Hohman Plating, LLC in Dayton, OH, seeks team members for plating operations. Training on the 1st shift for about 60 days, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, Mon–Fri, with the 2nd shift 3:00 pm–11:30 pm. You will follow part plans, process parts, and document measurements and data as required by work orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Math and reading skills necessary.
• Micrometer and/or caliper experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow part plans for processing requirements.
• Count and control all parts before and after plating.
• Process parts through cleaning, activating, plating and rinsing baths.
• Measure thickness and diameters for pre- and post- plate dimensions.
• Monitor plating bath temperatures, solution levels and record data.
• Perform online inspections as required by work orders.
