Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to lead enterprise infrastructure and cloud migrations from Bloomington, IL. You will connect product teams with migration engineering, drive delivery, and mentor teams to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and security.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, agile delivery coordination, and proactive issue triage to keep migrations on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating enterprise infrastructure and cloud migrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex migration lifecycles within Agile teams.
• Proficiency with monitoring and incident management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end migration lifecycles, clarify scope and schedules, track milestones, and guide Go/No-Go decisions.
• Serve as liaison between Product Owners and Migration Engineering teams; lead transition meetings and manage communications.
• Triage migration issues, diagnose blockers, and coordinate timely resolutions with Service Desk and Git workflows.
• Develop and maintain migration playbooks, onboarding guides, and tooling; drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze infrastructure capacity and align roadmaps; ensure secure integrations across systems.
• Manage workstreams within an Agile framework and support product accountability throughout the lifecycle.
