Anthropic Limited is seeking a Technical Program Manager to connect platform efforts across Claude, Cowork, Claude Code, and future surfaces. You will drive a cohesive cross-team roadmap and ensure platform investments translate into real product impact.

In this hybrid role, you’ll partner with platform and product teams to accelerate developer velocity, align roadmaps, and maintain clear documentation and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience with platform engineering efforts and developer platforms.
• Ability to drive adoption and align multiple teams to a common roadmap.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing without authority.

Responsabilités

• Own the cross-Apps platform roadmap end to end, including sequencing and dependencies.
• Align platform and apps teams to map investments to consumer needs.
• Identify duplication and convert it into shared platform capabilities.
• Establish operating rhythm: planning, status, escalation, and launch coordination.
• Create program documentation including roadmaps, reports, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate technical decision-making and timely resolution of blockers.
